Numbers you can check

Ranges, not single guesses

Every amount comes with a low, typical and high value, and a confidence grade with it.

Public data underneath

Building data from the Kadaster BAG, your energy label from EP-Online, your roof's shape and faces from 3DBAG, neighbourhood figures from CBS, and heritage status from the Cultural Heritage Agency. Costs from published price guides, subsidies from the ISDE scheme.

Independent verdicts

No builder pays for a better verdict. If a project does not pay for itself, the report says so.

Questions

Is this a valuation?

No. It is an indication based on public data and published research. For a mortgage you still need a registered taxateur; the full report does give reasoning your advisor can use.

Where does the data come from?

The Kadaster BAG for floor area and build year, EP-Online for your registered energy label, 3DBAG for your roof's shape and the orientation of its faces, CBS for home values in your neighbourhood, and the Cultural Heritage Agency for heritage status. Costs come from published price guides and subsidies from the ISDE scheme.

How do you know my energy label?

From EP-Online, the official register of registered energy labels kept by RVO. If no label is registered for your address we derive it from the build year, and the report says that we estimated it.

Does it work for apartments and new builds?

For most projects, yes. In an apartment, work on the outside usually needs the owners' association to agree, and the report says so.

What changed now that netting has ended?

Since 1 January 2027 you can no longer offset electricity you feed back against what you use. Electricity you use yourself is therefore worth far more than electricity you export, and the verdict for solar panels and a home battery is calculated that way.

Can I use it in English?

Yes. Every page and every report is available in English and Dutch.
